For the fifth year in a row, we celebrated Nybble Camp, our annual week-long gathering where nybblers and special guests come together to debate, reflect, and share perspectives on the topics shaping our future.

This year, one theme stood out: Artificial Intelligence. With its seemingly infinite possibilities also come uncertainties and doubts. That duality inspired the guiding question for Nybble Camp 2025. To explore it in a fresh way, we introduced a new format: The Nybble Camp Show, a talk-show style event designed to spark conversation, insights, and connection.

Embracing AI for Purpose, Balance, and Smarter Outcomes

The program, titled Redefining Work: Embracing AI for Purpose, Balance, and Smarter Outcomes, featured five brilliant internal speakers:

Nicolás Ramírez and Miguel Riera, our Client Engagement Manager and Business Solutions Sales Manager, kicked things off with From Hype to Reality: the Possible Future of AI, helping us separate trends from tangible impact.

Martín Garret, Data Scientist, explored AI Agents and Their Design Patterns, showing us the mechanics behind intelligent systems.

Nayla Nostrala, from our Talent Acquisition team, shared a people-first perspective on why setting boundaries is key to productivity.

Eynar Pary, QA Automation expert, asked a thought-provoking question: How do you validate an AI model when the answers are not always deterministic?

We were also honored to welcome two external voices:

Lina Zubiría, MBA, coach, and organizational transformation specialist, left us with a powerful insight: the world demands evolution, and it is up to us to act, embrace change, and grow from it.

Sofía Geyer, specialist in creativity, innovation, and neuroscience, encouraged us to leverage technology to ease our cognitive load without falling into technological solutionism, reminding us to invest our energy in connection, innovation, and creativity.

More Than An Event: A True Nybble Ritual

Beyond the stage, Nybble Camp was about people. Interactive activities helped nybblers connect across teams and areas, leading to plenty of laughs and more than a few internal memes that will live on.

We call Nybble Camp a ritual because it is more than an event. It is an experience that strengthens bonds, sparks new ideas, and grows richer with each edition. It truly reflects the Nybble Spirit.
